Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ROXVIK. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Delivery time

United States: approximately 7–12 business days after processing.
Canada: approximately 9–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to update.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Duties and taxes

Orders to Canada may, in some cases, be subject to import duties or taxes charged by local customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address, lost or delayed packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package has not arrived within 25 business days of your order, contact us at shoppyfy9@gmail.com and we will help you right away.
